Marjorie Fay Chandler, 80, passed away on September 12, 2021. She was born on April 20, 1941, in Hagerman, Texas, to parents Gedra and Lillian Burden.
She was a seamstress her entire life. She loved to sew and made over 50 quilts. Marjorie was the greatest wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Maxie Gene; children Denise Elaing Stalcup, Toni Marie Chandler, and Jeffery Darren Chandler; grandchildren Rebecca Loggins, Nina Chandler, and Devin Ramsey; six great-grandchildren; sisters Bobbie Turnage and husband Robert, Wilma Hicks, Linda Dobbs, and Rachel Green.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters Virgie Turnage, Frances Gulley, and Ester Crawford; brothers Gedra Burden, Jr., Kenneth Burden, Victor Burden, and grandson Jason Stalcup.
